By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
Right to Refuse / Cancel
• The artist (me) may stop a commission at any time for any reason if it does not violate their T.O.S
Refund policy:
• 100% refund if work has not progressed beyond the sketch.
• 50% refund if coloring/rendering has started.
• No refunds will be issued after final delivery.
Revisions
Unlimited free revisions during the sketch phase.
• After the sketch phase: 1 free major revision, then additional fees apply for further changes.
• The commissioner should be as specific and clear as possible in the initial request to avoid extra costs.
Artist Inactivity
• If the artist does not provide any updates for 2 weeks without prior notice, the commissioner is eligible for a full refund regardless of progress stage.
• If unforeseen circumstances occur, the artist will notify the commissioner and progress stage will then apply to refund eligibility.
Age & Payment Requirements
• Commissioner must be 16 years or older to do robux commissions and 18+ for PayPal
• Payment is only to be through the following: Paypal or robux gamepass.
• The paypal account MUST belong to them.
Payment options:
• 100% upfront, OR
• 50% upfront before first sketch, and 50% before rendering begins.
Usage Rights
• The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use only with proper credit.
• The commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own, resell it, or use it for AI datasets/training.
• Commercial usage (merch, ads, etc.) requires explicit discussion and a separate agreement.
Artist Rights
• The artist retains all rights to the artwork.
• The artist may post, display, or use the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
Prohibited Uses
• The artwork may not be used in blockchain-related technologies (NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, etc.).
• The artwork may not be altered in a way that removes my signature or distorts the work without permission.
